After yesterday afternoon I was a little nervous about coming back to work with the coaching curriculum. I was awake at night thinking about the disparate groups that are working together. One school district has invested heavily in equipment with no investment in coaching. Our district on the other hand has spent heavily over the last decade to develop a district wide coaching model.

Can really only count the morning, not the entire day as I had to travel down to Seattle to meet my two teenagers who were returning from a trip to Chicago.
