I have trouble with the term improving lessons. Sounds like there is something wrong with the lesson. After I collect student work, or observations, I review the work, lookng for strenthgs, and then areas that need improvement. Across the class then I make desicisons for next step in teaching points. Will this be needed for whole class or small group or individual. The decisons are made through review and reflective questionsing. Then I develop the support or scaffolding needed to lead my stu…

Hmmm,
Lots more on coaching today, with practice sessions and planning. I really liked putting together a Bellingham coaching site to share resources and keep folks informed about our progress in meeting grant requirements. Check out our new site (very much under construction!)
